Root looked mortified, Prior, I'm sure, already knew he was going, probably for good.<br /><br />Hard to imagine Root as an old pro but he seems mature in most ways apart from looks. I couldn't leave, but wondered if I could be more vulnerable anywhere else - sitting there amongst thousands. <br /><br />I like your contrast of Prior and Root coming to terms with their dismissals.
